What ages are your themes suitable for?
Our party themes are designed for kids aged 6–15, perfect for birthdays, playdates, or get-togethers.

What’s included in the bedding package?
Each teepee comes with: A comfy foam mattress, A cosy blanket or doona, A fitted sheet, Fairy Lights, A cushion
Note: Guests should bring their own pillows.

Can you host the party?
We don’t stay to host, but we’ll ensure everything is beautifully set up for you. We also offer fun party add-ons—check them out here.
How do I order add-ons?
Just give us a call or email, and we’ll provide pricing based on the quantity you need.
LOGISTICS
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery and collection are included for customers in Bayside and nearby suburbs. For other areas, additional fees may apply—contact us for a quote.
How long can I hire the teepee package?
Standard hire: Set up on Saturday morning and collected the following day. Need a different timeframe? Let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate!
SET UP
How much space do the teepees need?
Each teepee requires 1.2m in width and 1.8m in length.
What’s the minimum number of teepees I can hire?
Our standard package includes 5 teepees for $495. Additional teepees are $30 each. For fewer than 5, give us a call to discuss pricing.
Do you set up the teepees?
Yes! We handle both setup and pack-up, so you don’t need to do a thing. Prefer to DIY? Check out our self-setup packages here.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATIONS
How do I book a Teepee Party?

How do I secure my booking?
Confirm your booking by phone. A $200 deposit is required to secure your date.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due two weeks before your party.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: EFT (bank transfer) or Cash
Do I need to wash the bedding?
Nope! We’ll handle all the laundry using hypoallergenic detergent to keep everything fresh for the next party.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within two weeks of your party date, your deposit will be forfeited.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
Any damage to our equipment will incur a $200 fee.
